Our ham is manufactured by Stephens Fresh Foods who we have been in a long partnership with. Stephens have been curing pork legs to make fine hams in Kent since 1985. These hams are being used in supplying some of the top catering establishments in London for the last twenty years. Since than, we have had the pleasure to serve a range of cafes, sandwich shops and Deli's around the country. We care most about the flavour and quality of our ham and only the finest gammon (rear) legs go into our ham products. We don’t use cheap ‘infills’ or shoulder meat and we always prefer to use English pork. All our ham is cooked.
Our hams can be purchased with (Classic) or without (premium) added water as added water can make for a more succulent taste as well as a lower price. All products clearly state if water has been added on the product page and on the product itself. We can trace all of our meat to its farm source and we know all of our suppliers intimately. Some we have been dealing with for over 20 years. You can buy as joint pieces or ready sliced for ease of use.
